Instruction to check your campaign if it works

Hi Store owners,
Thank you for choosing and creating your campaigns on ‘BOGO+’. In this article, we will show you how to check a campaign if it works to make sure that everything is on the right track before promoting the discounts to your customers.

BXGX & BXGY Campaigns



Please check if your campaign is working by reviewing the campaign elements below (these elements should show on your store after launching campaign).

Badge status: If you enable the Badge status, check if it is displayed in the corner of your product image. This badge should show on all the pages that product appears, including homepage, collection and product details pages.



Popup: To show popup, first you need to trigger campaign as you set up in settings.
Once you’ve added to cart the needed quantity of X product, the popup should appear. Please notice that it will only be displayed on the page that you select in “Display popup on page(s)” section.

Gift With Purchase Campaign



Please check if your campaign is working by reviewing the campaign elements below (these elements should show on your store after launching campaign).

Popup: Once your cart has reached the threshold value, the popup will appear. Please notice that the ‘Auto gift’ will be added to customers’ cart with notification bar instead of popup

Volume Discount Campaign



Please check if your campaign is working by reviewing the campaign elements below (these elements should show on your store after launching campaign).

Offer list: In the product details page, the offer list will get displayed under the “Buy it now” button. Please check the Campaign title (displayed at the top of List), discount levels’ information and the highlight offer to make sure that it follow your promotion configuration setting

Checking one more time if discount is applied in Checkout page



Check when using "Auto add offer" feature



With "auto add offer" feature, app will show a popup notification message on storefront once the campaign is triggered.
