Q1: Why app's elements don't appear on storefront?
In case you've installed DISCOS, set up a campaign and put it on active but don't see the campaign popup showing on storefront, you probably want to check again if you've activated DISCOS on your store theme. Starting from 2022, Shopify only allows app to show on storefront in case user have enabled the app from their theme.

To activate app or check app activation on your theme, from your store admin please go to Themes (under Online store) > click on button "Customize" of the live theme > go to Theme settings > go to App embeds tab > turn on the toggle of our app which has the icon in green and yellow price tag.

Q2: Can DISCOS work with cart drawer?
Yes. Although our app cannot auto detect and add elements in cart drawer like we can in cart page, we still can help DISCOS to work with your cart drawer with custom coding work. So if you're using a cart drawer instead of the traditional cart page, please feel free to reach out to our support team via in-app chatbox to receive support regarding this matter.

Q3: Can DISCOS work well with all Shopify themes?
Yes. As long as the theme supports theme app extensions, then DISCOS can work perfectly fine with it.

At the moment, DISCOS can work with most Shopify published themes, excluding these themes: Prestige, Envy, Broadcast, Testament, Icon, Expanse.

Q4: Can I add the same product to buy and to get in Buy X Get Y campaign?
No. You can't add the same product to buy (trigger condition) and to get (offer) in a Buy X Get Y campaign. We prevent the same product to be added in a Buy X Get Y campaign because in definition, Buy X Get Y is supposed to be 2 different products for the trigger and for the offer.

Nevertheless, you can freely create discount for the same product to buy and to get using campaign type "Buy X Get X". Learn more about campaign Buy X Get X here.

Q5: How does the quantity levels work in Buy X Get Y campaign?
The quantity levels will work in a range instead of an exact match of the quantity threshold that you set up in app.
For example :
You have a configuration of levels of Buy X Get Y as following:
Level 1: Buy 2 items A, Get 1 item B
Level 2: Buy 5 items A, Get 2 items B
Level 3: Buy 7 items A, Get 3 items B
That means if customer adds to cart x items of product A:
Level 1: x = 2 or 3 or 4 => Customer will get 1 item B
Level 2: x = 5 or 6 => Customer will get 2 items B
Level 3: x = 7 or 7+ => Customer will get 3 items B
