Introduction to the Promotion URL feature
Are you finding a way to set up a campaign where customers can only activate the promo through the link you sent to them? In this article, we will guide you through the step-by-step to set it up. Now, let’s dive into it.
At the moment, the Promotion URL are available for BXGY, BXGY, and Gift With Purchase campaigns.
Open the BOGO+ app, and create a new campaign
On the campaign’s configuration page, navigate to the Advanced Configuration tab
In section 3. Generate URL for promotion, enter you custom text you want to identify the link
For example, we enter "bogoapp". It shows the text custom that you enter.
Copy the link to your clipboard and send it to your customers
Hit Save your changes
By the link you copied to the clipboard, now paste the link on your browser and access it. Try to add to cart to match the campaign condition you set up through this link.
For example: I set up a purchase of $30 and get a Free Tote bag, I need to add to the cart value the same $30 and I can see the Free gift through a pop-up.
To test with the case customers don’t have the link, just only go to your Online store and add to match the campaign condition you set up.
