What can I do with the free plan?
You can use our free plan to try all 4 campaign types. However, you can only have one campaign active at a time. Some advanced features are available in the free plan
Do I have trials for the paid plan?
No, at the moment we don't offer a free trial. However, we offering a limited offer for the first 3 month, please check it out on the app Dashboard and App plan tab.
How can I run more than one campaign at a time?
If you want to activate more than one campaign simultaneously, you can upgrade to the paid plan. This allows you to create unlimited campaigns and access all the advanced features. If the paid plan doesn't meet your needs, you can cancel during this trial period
Can I switch back to the free plan when I'm not using the app?
Yes, you have the option to downgrade to the free plan during periods when you're not actively using the app. If you want to downgrade, please navigate to the Pricing Plan page and then find the downgrade information under the pricing card
What happens to my active campaigns if I downgrade?
If you decide to downgrade to the free plan, all your campaigns become inactive. You can only activate one campaign at a time with the free plan.
