Free plan FAQs
What can I do with the free plan?
You can not only try out all 4 campaign types, but you also have access to the full list of advanced features.
During each 30-day cycle, once you reach $50 revenue from the BOGO+ app, your campaigns will not run on the storefront.
After the 30-day period ends, your campaigns will run on the storefront again, repeating this cycle every 30 days.
For instance, if your billing cycle starts on September 10th, and you reach the $50 threshold on September 20th, you will have 10 days remaining in your current cycle.
The next billing cycle will begin on October 10th, at which point your campaigns will resume and the cycle will restart according to the image below.
Can I switch back to the free plan when I'm not using the app?
Yes, you have the option to downgrade to the free plan during periods when you're not actively using the app. If you want to downgrade, please navigate to the App Plan page and then find the downgrade information under the pricing card.
What happens to my active campaigns if I downgrade?
If you decide to downgrade to the free plan, all your campaigns become inactive. You can only activate one campaign at a time with the free plan.
