Notes| Update collection when a task is running
Hi store owners,
Some of the users purposely or accidentally add a new product or remove the product from collection of a running task. Please read carefully to understand what might happen if you perform these actions.
For the moment, our app doesn't automatically apply sales/price changes for new products you added to a sale collection. To apply sales for a newly added product, you will have to turn off the task and reactivate it.
If you remove a product from a collection while a task is running, it will cause errors during the reverting process. The task won't be able to find the removed product to revert, causing the process to stop. If this happens, please contact our live chat for assistance.
For the best experience, we advise you not to remove products from running tasks.
