Introduction to Floating notification - Order type

Hello store owner!

This article will introduce you to the order notification. After reading the article, you should know how to properly set up your order notification.

1. What is order notification?


Order notification is a pop-up that shows who are buying products in your store and number of orders the shop generated in a period.
You can use this type of notification as a way to show social proof and your store credentials.

2. How to set it up?


Step 1: From the Notification page, choose the order notification tab





Step 2: Edit layout


There are 2 types of notifications you can choose:
Order list: Show which products are most ordered from your store


Order count: Show total order generated in your store


Step 3: Customize notification content


In this tab, you will be able to customize content for your notification. There are different attributes you can use to make it more personalized.
Order list


Content attributes
Full name: Customers name
Country: Customer location
Product name: Name of the item
Price: Product price
Data for these attributes can be imported from Shopify to upload manually with a CSV file
Order count


Content attributes
Order count: total order generated (you can choose to get real data or set your own number of order)
Timestamp
User will choose what to show in timestamp
The timestamp will show randomly around the time set

Step 4: Choose display where the discount notification will show


Choose the landing page you want the discount code shown
Choose the position you want the discount code to appear: bottom left, bottom right, top left, top right


Step 5: Set up notification logic


This is where you can adjust the display logic of the discount notification
Timing
Delay time: the time the pop up shows after visiting a page
Display duration: how long the pop-up will show
Interval time: the time between 2 pop-ups (this can be randomized)


Step 6: Hit "Save" button to save your settings
