Question: Why can't I see the countdown timer in my store?

Answer: If you've installed SALE+ and choose to enable the countdown timer but cannot see it, please check if you've activated the SALE+ app embeds on your store theme.

To activate the app, please go to Themes (under Online store) > click on the button "Customize" of the live theme > go to Theme settings > go to App embeds tab >** turn on the toggle of our app**, which has the green and yellow icon.




If you still cannot see the timer after activation, contact us for support.
