How to send email notifying customers?

Hello store owners!

This article will guide you on customising email content and send it to your customers

From the navigation menu, click "Setting" tab

Select "Email template"



1. Back In Stock notification email



This email will be sent automatically to your customers to inform that the product is restocked

Click Back In Stock notification email

Change your content



You can keep available attributes inside {} and we will detect information automatically before sending email to your customers

2. Partial payment invoice



This email is to send invoices to your customers for processing the remaining balance on preorders

Click Partial payment invoice card

Change your content



This email will be sent when you click on the "Send Invoice" button on the Preorder management page

3. Pre-order delay notification



This email is sent to customers when you have any changes in the delivery date

Click the Pre-order delay notification card

Change your content



You can use available attributes inside {} to insert data into your email template
