Instructions to set up Buy X get X Mix-and-Match variants

Hello store owners!

Our most popular Buy X Get X campaign has 2 logic types: Same variants and Any variants. For any variants, you can allow customers to mix and match the different variants within a product. In this article, we'll walk you through the process of creating a Buy X Get X mix-and-match products campaign. Let's dive into the details!

How to set it up

Step 1: Open the BOGO+ app and create a new BXGX campaign

Step 2: Select product/collection for Customer buys (X)

Step 3: Choose Promotion rule as Any variants

Once you choose this option, the offer is active with different variants of a product. If you choose the Same variants, the campaign is only active with the same variant of a product.

Step 4: Enter your Discount value

Step 5: Choose the Offer Claim Behavior of the campaign

Step 6: Save campaign

How to check if it works or not?

1. Go to the Online Store
2. Navigate to the promotional product that we set up with the BXGX campaign
3. On the product page (ensuring the product has at least 3 different variants), add different variants (met the campaign's condition you set up) to the cart
4. Add offer product from the popup
5. Go to cart
6. Check out
