Case background
One of the most popular use cases for the “Gift With Purchase” campaign type is to create a “free gift for every order” or “free gift with any purchase”. In this article, we will guide you through the steps to create a free gift campaign for every order using the “Gift With Purchase” type.
Campaign information
- Campaign type: Gift With Purchase
- Recommended discount type: Percentage
- Recommended discount value: 100% of the original product price
Set up campaign
Step 1: From Shopify admin, go to app dashboard > Choose to create campaign “Gift With Purchase”
Step 2: Input the minimum threshold of cart value equal to 1, so that customers can receive a gift with any items they add to the cart. Then select the item that you want to offer to allow customers to claim their FREE gift
If you select more than one gift, you can set "Number of gifts customer will receive to limit the gifts to give them
Step 3: Save & Check the campaign if it’s working.
