Report dashboard & table

You can track the performance of your campaigns in the Dashboard tab

Overview report

From the dashboard page, you can track and review your campaigns' performance by looking at the overview report. Each metric of the report will give you the information about the performance of your active campaigns, including:

Active Campaigns: Total number of campaigns that are currently running (with campaign status = "active")

Right now the sample store has 2 Inactive campaign and 2 Active campaign

=> Active campaigns = 2

Clicks: Total number of clicks "add to cart" of the all the active campaigns' popup

This shows the total number of clicks "add to cart" of all the active campaigns' popup.

Right now the sample store has 2 active campaign and 2 inactive campaign. The active campaign has 7 clicks and the inactive one has 3 clicks

=> Clicks = 7

Conversion rate: Average conversion rate of all the existing campaigns

Conversion rate = Total Clicks / Total BOGO+ Orders

For example, right now the sample store has 7 clicks and 1 order with BOGO+ product.

=> Conversion rate = 1/7 = 14.29%

Revenue: Total revenue that the active campaigns brought to your store

We only account for the "Customer adds to cart" product (trigger) and "Customer gets" product (offer) as the revenue made by the app. For example, if you have a Buy 1 Cacao Bake get 1 Barry Bucket 50% OFF.

=> Revenue = 1000 + 160 = 1160

Revenue chart

The revenue chart presents the growth of revenue over time that was made through the campaigns that you created with BOGO+. While the vertical axis represents the amount of money (revenue), the horizontal axis represents the time (count by day).

Currently, this revenue chart reflects the revenue stream in the last 7 days by default.

You can hover over each of the points to see the information about the revenue of that day

Top performing campaigns table

This table introduces the 5 most well-performed campaigns that are active (by revenue). Looking through the table, you can see the basic metrics of each campaign that help you to analyze and monitor the performance of each campaign.

The data shown here will be from the last 7 days.
