Promotion

How to achieve
- Select the T-Shirt as both the Buy and Get product.
- Set the reward to Free.
- Configure the required purchase quantity as 1.
- Activate the campaign.
Example 2. Buy X Get Y
Business goal
Encourage customers to purchase a main product by offering a related item.
Promotion
Buy Running Shoes -> Get Running Socks Free
How to achieve
- Set Running Shoes as the Buy product.
- Set Running Socks as the Get product.
- Choose Free or a discounted reward.
- Activate the campaign.
Example 3. Buy 2 Get 1 50% Off
Business goal
Increase purchase quantity.
Promotion
Buy 2 Coffee Bags -> Get 1 Coffee Bag 50% Off
How to achieve
- Select the same product for Buy and Get.
- Require customers to purchase two items.
- Set the reward to 50% Discount.
Example 4. 2 Tiers in 1 campaign

Increase purchase quantity and trigger FOMO
Promotion
Buy 2 Coffee Bags -> Get 1 Coffee Bag 50% Off

How to achieve
- Select each tier in the "Customer gets" section in "Campaign rules"
- Setup each tier quantity/reward type.
