BOGO Deal Overview
BOGO Deal lets you reward customers when they purchase specific products or collections.
This campaign supports both classic Buy X Get X and Buy X Get Y promotions, making it suitable for free gifts, product bundles, and cross-selling campaigns.
How it works
Customers must purchase eligible products or collections to unlock a reward.
The reward can be:
- The same product (Buy X Get X)
- A different product (Buy X Get Y)
The reward can be offered as:
- Free
- Percentage discount
- Fixed amount discount
NoteBOGO+ currently supports Free, Percentage off, and Fixed amount off rewards. Setting a product to a fixed final price (for example, "Get Product B for $10") is not currently supported.

Buy 1 T-shirt -> Get 1 T-shirt for free
Buy X Get Y

Buy X Get Y
Customers receive a different product.
Example:
Buy Coffee Beans -> Get a Mug free

Things to know
Before creating a BOGO Deal campaign, keep these limitations in mind:
- Rewards can only be specific products.
- Rewards support Free, Percentage off, or Fixed amount off.
- Fixed final price promotions are not supported.
- Product variants can be selected, but purchase quantities cannot be restricted to the same variant.
- Campaigns can be configured to apply multiple times if repeat application is enabled.
