2. Enable BOGO+ App Embed
Before your promotions can appear on your storefront, you must enable the BOGO+ App Embed in your Shopify theme.
App Embed allows BOGO+ to display storefront widgets such as promotion badges, offer tables, popups, cart drawer widgets, countdown timers, and other promotional elements.
Note: Enabling App Embed only controls the storefront widgets. Your campaigns are managed separately.
Step 1. Enable BOGO+
When the app has not been enabled, the App status will display Off.
Click Enable BOGO+ to begin the setup.
Step 2. Enable the App Embed
You will be redirected to Shopify's Theme Editor.
In the App embeds panel:
- Locate BOGO+.
- Turn on the App Embed toggle.
- Click Save in the top-right corner.
After saving, you will return to the app and the App status will change to On.
What does App Embed control?
App Embed enables the storefront components used by BOGO+, including:
- Promotion badges
- Offer tables
- Popups
- Cart drawer widgets
- Progress bars
- Countdown timers
- Banners
If App Embed is disabled, these widgets will not appear on your storefront, even if your campaigns are active.

How to completely stop promotions
If you want to stop all promotions from running in your store, simply disabling App Embed is not enough.
You should also turn Off any active campaigns.
This ensures that no promotions are applied to customer orders.

FAQs
Does enabling App Embed activate my campaigns?
No.
App Embed only allows BOGO+ widgets to appear on your storefront.
Each campaign must still be activated individually before customers can use it.
Can I disable App Embed without deleting my campaigns?
Yes.
Your campaign settings remain unchanged.
If you enable App Embed again later, your existing campaigns will still be available according to their campaign status.
When should I disable App Embed?
Disable App Embed only if you want to temporarily hide all BOGO+ storefront widgets.
If you only want to stop a specific promotion, turn off that campaign instead.
