What does BOGO+ do?
BOGO+ helps you create different types of promotions to increase sales, average order value (AOV), and encourage customers to purchase more products.
The app currently supports 5 campaign types, each designed for a different promotional goal.

Which campaign should I choose?
Choose the campaign type that best matches your promotion.
BOGO Deal
Use this campaign when customers need to purchase specific products or collections to receive another product for free or at a discount.
Common examples
- Buy 1 Get 1 Free
- Buy 2 Get 1 Free
- Buy Product A, Get Product B
- Buy from Collection A, Get Product X
Gift with Cart Value
Use this campaign to reward customers after they reach a minimum purchase requirement.
The requirement can be based on:
- Cart value
- Product quantity
This campaign supports one reward tier.
Example
Spend $100 → Get a free gift
or
Buy 3 skincare products → Get a free sample
Goal Order
Goal Order works similarly to Gift with Cart Value, but supports multiple reward tiers.
This allows customers to unlock better rewards as they spend more.
Example
Spend $50 → Free Shipping
Spend $100 → Free Gift
Spend $150 → 15% Off
Volume Discount
Use this campaign when you want to encourage customers to buy larger quantities of the same product or collection.
Customers receive increasing discounts as they purchase more items.
Example
Buy 2 → Save 10%
Buy 4 → Save 20%
Buy 6 → Save 30%
Discount by Item Price
Use this campaign to automatically discount either the cheapest or highest-priced eligible item in the cart after customers purchase the required quantity.
Example
Buy any 2 products -> Get the cheapest item free
or
Buy any 3 products -> Get 50% off the highest-priced item
Customization
BOGO+ allows you to customize how promotions are displayed throughout your storefront to create a better shopping experience and match your store's branding.
Available customization options include:
- Promotion badges
- Offer tables
- Popups
- Cart/Cart drawer widgets
- Countdown timers
- Customer-facing text translations
- Banner
Each customization option can be configured independently, allowing you to choose which promotional elements appear on your storefront.

After publishing your campaigns, you can monitor their performance from the Analytics page.
The Analytics dashboard provides an overview of how your promotions perform over time, helping you understand which campaigns generate the best results.

Available metrics include:
- Revenue generated – Total sales attributed to your campaigns.
- Total orders – Number of orders generated through promotional campaigns.
- Conversion rate – Percentage of customers who completed a purchase after interacting with a campaign.
- Add-to-cart clicks – Number of times customers interacted with promotional widgets.
- Performance trend – View campaign performance over different time periods.
- Top-performing campaigns – Compare campaigns based on revenue, conversion rate, and average order value (AOV).
You can also filter analytics by campaign type and select different date ranges to analyze campaign performance.
Manage your pricing plan
BOGO+ provides multiple pricing plans to support stores of different sizes.

From the Pricing page, you can:
- View your current subscription plan.
