FAQ - Does BOGO work with cart drawer?
Yes. BOGO+ supports displaying offers and gifts in the cart drawer for selected campaign types.
Currently, BOGO Deal, Gift with Cart Value, and Goal Order Discount support cart drawer functionality. The availability of this feature depends on the campaign type you create.
Which campaign types support the cart drawer?
The table below shows which campaign types can display offers in the cart drawer.
BOGO Deal
The BOGO Deal campaign supports displaying rewards in the cart drawer.

Customers can receive their reward in one of the following ways:

Auto add gift to cart – The gift is automatically added once the campaign conditions are met.
Let customers choose their gift – Customers can select their gift through:
- Popup
- Product page
- Cart drawer
If Cart drawer is selected, eligible customers can claim their gift directly from the cart without leaving the page.
Gift with Cart Value
The Gift with Cart Value campaign also supports cart drawer integration.

Once customers reach the required cart value, they can:
- Receive the gift automatically, or
- Select their gift directly from the cart drawer.
This provides a seamless checkout experience while encouraging customers to claim their rewards.
Goal Order Discount
The Goal Order Discount campaign supports displaying rewards within the cart experience.

Customers can:
- View their progress toward each spending goal.
- Select an available gift using the Gift slide in the cart.
- Track their progress using the Progress bar in Cart Drawer/Cart Page.
This allows customers to unlock and claim rewards without leaving the cart.
Which campaigns don't support the cart drawer?
The following campaign types do not display offers in the cart drawer:
- Volume Discount
- Discount by Item Price
These campaigns display discounts through their own supported storefront widgets instead of the cart drawer.
How do I enable the cart drawer?
For supported campaign types:
- Open your campaign.
- Go to Campaign display.
- Under How customers receive the reward, select Let customers choose their gift.
- Choose Cart drawer as the display method.
- Save your changes.
Once enabled, customers who qualify for the promotion will be able to view and claim their gift directly from the cart drawer.
My gift doesn't appear in the cart drawer
If you're using a supported campaign type but the gift isn't showing, check the following:
- App Embed is enabled in your Shopify theme.
- The campaign is Active.
- Cart drawer is selected as the reward display method.
- The customer has met all campaign conditions.
- The product and customer meet the campaign eligibility requirements.
- Your theme or third-party cart drawer is compatible with the app.
If you've confirmed all of the above and the gift still doesn't appear, please contact our support team with:
- Your store URL
- The campaign name
- A screenshot of your campaign settings
- The page where you expected the gift to appear
