2. Make sure the campaign is active

3. Make sure the widget is enabled

Each campaign display component can be enabled or disabled individually.

Open your campaign and scroll to Show promotion on your store.

Verify that the widget you want to display is turned On, such as:

  • Promotion badge
  • Offer table on product page
  • Gift thumbnail
  • Countdown timer

If the corresponding widget is turned Off, it won't appear even if the campaign is active.

4. Check whether the campaign conditions are met

The widget is only displayed when customers satisfy the campaign conditions.

Depending on your campaign configuration, verify that:

  • The customer has added the required product(s).
  • The product belongs to the selected collection.
  • The required purchase quantity has been reached.
  • The cart meets any minimum purchase requirements.

For example, if Customer buys (X) is configured for Specific collections, the widget will only appear when the cart contains products from those collections.

5. Verify Customer Eligibility

If your campaign is restricted to specific customers, the widget won't appear for ineligible visitors.

Go to:

Advanced settings → Customer eligibility

Available options include:

  • All customers
  • Customer tags

If Customer tags is selected, ensure the customer you're testing with has the required tag. Otherwise, the widget will not be displayed.

6. Check for theme or storefront compatibility issues

If all settings above are correct but the widget still doesn't appear, the issue may be related to your storefront.

Possible causes include:

  • A heavily customized Shopify theme.
  • A custom cart drawer or product template.
  • Another app modifying the storefront (cart, popup, page builder, etc.).
  • Theme code conflicts prevent the widget from loading.

To isolate the issue, test the campaign on an unmodified Shopify theme or a duplicate of your current theme.
