How to set up the Sticky Cart Button?

The Sticky Cart keeps the Add to Cart button visible at all times, allowing customers to quickly add products to their cart without scrolling back to the main Add to Cart section. This feature helps improve the shopping experience by reducing friction, increasing engagement, and encouraging faster purchases. Follow this step-by-step guide to set up and customize your Sticky Cart using Wi Add to Cart.

Step 1: Select the Sticky Cart Button Type

In the dashboard, click on the Sticky Cart Button.

Choose the template type you want to display on your store pages:

Step 2: Set up the name for the Button

After selecting the button type, click Select to proceed to customization.

Give your Sticky Cart Button a name

Step 3: Select the products you want the Sticky ATC button to appear.

There are 3 choices in this part:

• All products: Show the sticky Add to Cart button on all products in your store.
• Specific products: Show the button only on selected products.
• Specific collections: Show the button on all products within selected collections.

Step 4: Configure the Display Setting

1. Set up the condition to show Sticky bar

There are 3 options in this part:

• Always: The sticky Add to Cart button is always visible on the page.
• When ATC is out of view: The sticky Add to Cart button only appears when the original Add to Cart button is no longer visible on the screen (for example, when you scroll past it).
• When scrolling down the page: The sticky Add to Cart button shows up when you scroll up or down the page.

Step 6: Set Button Direction & Display

After customizing the button's appearance, define the button's behavior and where it will be displayed.

Navigate to the Direction & Display page.

Direction: Choose the desired post-click behavior:

• Theme Default: Follow the default button action set in your Shopify theme.
• Go to Cart Page: Redirect customers to the cart page to review their orders.
• Go to Checkout Page: Send customers directly to the checkout for a faster purchase process.

Step 6: Click Save to finalize your changes.

Step 7: Preview and Test

Visit a product page to confirm the button's visibility and behavior.

Click the Sticky Add to cart button to verify that the redirect behavior matches your chosen setting.

Test across different devices and browsers to ensure smooth functionality.
