Introduction to Coupon Code

With the Coupon Code feature, you can display live discount codes from the discount list of Shopify directly on your storefront — beautifully styled and ready for customers to copy and use. This helps drive attention to your ongoing promotions and makes it easier for shoppers to take action without hunting for codes.

How to set it up?

Step 1: Navigate to Coupon Code

From the app dashboard, click "Add Coupon" to open the Coupon Code settings.

Step 2: Select Your Discount Code

Select a discount code from the dropdown list. (Tip: If you haven't created one, click the "Shopify discount" link to create a new code right from there.).
Click + to add translations under Text & translation.
Fill in the Coupon detail field to display additional info under the code.
Hit the Save button to create the coupon.

How will it display on the storefront?

Display Coupon Codes at the Checkout page for Shopify Plus

Coupon codes can now be displayed on the checkout page. This feature can significantly improve the sales of stores. Once shoppers see the coupons, they will get attracted and find ways to meet the conditions to get the coupon.

Step 1: Enable display on checkout page

From the Coupon Code List page, choose a coupon code to enable.
At the bottom of the page, you can see the Page Display section. Tick the checkbox " Enable coupon at checkout page".

Step 2: Setting on the Checkout page

After saving your process, you need to click the button "Add to check out" to open the Shopify Checkout Editor page.

Within the Checkout layout sidebar, click "Add block"
Search for "Snap Coupon" in the block library. Select the "Coupon code" block and drag it to your desired position in the checkout flow.

Click "Save" in the top-right corner to apply your changes. After saving, open your storefront’s Checkout page to confirm the coupon field appears as expected.
