  1. Is there a free plan? What are its limitations?

Yes! We offer a Free Plan that gives you access to all features, along with:

  • Up to 20 preorders per month
  • Up to 50 restock emails per month
  • One-on-one onboarding call

Once you exceed 20 preorders or 50 restock emails, your active campaigns will stop showing on your store. You’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan to keep your campaigns running smoothly.


  1. Do I have a free trial for the paid plan?

We do not currently offer a time-based free trial for paid plans, but the Free Plan allows you to test most features with limited usage.


  1. When will I be charged?

You will only be charged when you upgrade to a paid plan (Starter, Premium, or Yearly). Until then, your Free Plan stays active and free.

The app fee will be charged via Shopify Payment. You can refer to Shopify's app subscription charges here.


  1. Do you offer a yearly plan? Is there any discount for annual billing?

Yes! We offer a Yearly Plan at $119.94/year, which gives you:

  • All features
  • Unlimited preorders
  • Unlimited restock emails
  • 1:1 meeting support
  • Top priority support

This plan includes a 50% discount compared to paying monthly for Premium.

  1. Can I switch plans at any time?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime by going to the Pricing section in the app. Select your preferred plan and confirm — changes take effect immediately.


  1. What happens to my active campaigns and data if I downgrade or cancel my plan?

Your campaign limits (e.g., number of preorders or restock emails) will be adjusted to the limits of the new plan.

Any campaigns exceeding the limit may pause until your next billing cycle or plan upgrade.

Your existing data and settings will be saved, so you can resume smoothly if you upgrade again.


  1. How can I downgrade my plan in the app?

Please go to the Pricing tab, then choose Switch to Free plan as in this picture:
