Why Doesn't My Button Show on the Online Store?
If the Add to Cart or Quick Add to Cart button is not appearing on your Shopify store, the most common reason is that the app embed has not been enabled. Follow these steps to ensure the app embed is activated.
Step 1: Enable App Embed
In the Shopify admin, go to Online store -> Themes -> Customize
Click on the App embed section.
Switch the button from grey to black to enable the app.
Click the Save button at the top-right corner to confirm your changes.
Once activated, the app status will change from Deactivated to Activated.
Step 2: Check Button Visibility Settings
Ensure you have correctly set the display location for the button (e.g., product page, collection page, search page).
Confirm that the products you want the button to appear on meet your app's display criteria.
Step 3: Clear Cache and Test
Sometimes, the browser cache can prevent recent changes from appearing. After enabling the app embed, you can:
- Clear your browser cache or open your store in an Incognito/Private window.
- Visit your store and check if the button is visible on the configured pages.
Note: If your button still doesn't display after trying those steps, it seems that your store is using a theme that isn’t currently included in our list of integrated themes.
