Question: I have created a campaign and active app embed, why can't I see my campaign?
Answer: Your campaign isn't working because the discount price for your product hasn't been set. As a result, the campaign isn't visible on your online store. Our current logic applies only to products at a discounted price, please refer to the image below for more details:
Question: How to set up compare at price (discount price)
Answer: To set up compare prices, go to the admin, open Products, select the product, and enter the compare price
Please note that compare prices must be higher than the original price
