How to set up free products for final rewards?
Can I set up free product(s) when customers reach milestone in cart?
The answer is Yes. You can set up free product(s) for your customers by creating reward goals by tier
Eg: When customers reach total cart 2000$ they will get a shirt for FREE
How to set it up?
For example, we will guide you on how to set up a free gift, when customers reach 2000$ they will get a free product
Step 1: In admin settings, set up a tier like this image below
- Choose reward type: Product
- Define the minimum amount customers need to achieve
- Choose product that you want your customers receive when reach milestone
Step 2: Create discount code Buy X get Y from shopify discount
Step 3: Click on "Save" button, once your customers reach value, the product will automatically added to their cart
