How to set up an Announcement bar

What is Announcement bar?

The announcement bar is a simple and effective way to share important updates or highlight your discount campaigns directly with your customers. It helps grab their attention quickly and creates a sense of urgency to encourage action.
You can fully customize the bar’s appearance to match your store’s style and preferences, ensuring it fits seamlessly into your website design.

How to set it up?

Step 1: Navigate to the Announcement

Step 2: Choose the templates that you want to display

Step 3: Settings in app

Countdown timer template:

Announcement text: You can choose content as you want, remember to use attribute {{timer}} to display the countdown timer
Timer: followed by minutes
Actions when timer ends:

+ Do nothing: Do nothing

+ Clear cart: Clear all product(s) in cart

+ Reset timer: When the countdown timer goes to 00:00 it will automatically reset

Design: Change size, color, timer color
Restore to default: reset all settings in announcement feature to default

Promotions template:

Annoucement text: You can add a maximum of 4 announcement texts to display to your customers
Auto-rotate announcements: The time between announcement
Navigation arrows: To let customers click or set auto-rotate
Design: Change size, color, timer color, arrow color
Restore to default: reset all settings in announcement feature to default

Sliding promotions template:

Announcement text: You can add a maximum of 4 announcement texts to display to your customers
Moving line speed: Speed between each announcements
Gap between texts: Gap between each announcements
Design: Change size, color, timer color, arrow color
Restore to default: reset all settings in announcement feature to default
