What is a Countdown timer?

A Countdown timer is a box positioned on the right side of products that you have set up for a Flash sale or Price edit task. It notifies customers about the remaining time to purchase the product at the sale offer before it expires.

The Countdown timer will only appear on product pages, and you can request to customize its position wherever you prefer by contacting our support team.

How to customize your own Countdown timer?

Step 1: From the app navigation menu, choose Settings tab and click on "Customize" in Countdown timer section

Step 2: Customize the content and color of the countdown timer to match your store's theme

• Heading text: Add urgency to encourage customers to purchase.
• Adjust size: Modify the size of the heading text, timer, timer label, and the border radius of the countdown timer box.
• Color customization: Set the color of the heading text, timer, timer label, and the background of the box.

Step 3: Translate the timer labels into your desired language

How to check

You can preview all your Countdown timer settings on the right side of the Customize tab. Be sure to click Save once you have completed your setup.
