Introduction to Discount notification

"Hello store owner!

This article will introduce you to the discount notification, a widget to inform your customers of applicable discount codes or reward them with a random discount code. After reading the article, you should know how to properly set up your discount notification.

1. What is Discount Notification?

• Discount Notification is a widget helping merchants promote available discount codes in store.
• A Discount Notification includes an animated gift box to attract customers' attention. When customers click on the gift box, they will be able to see which offers are available for them or get a random discount code for their purchase.

• It is a fun way to inform your customers and hopefully leverage their shopping experience.

  2. How to set it up?

  Step 1: From the Home page, choose Discount notification tab


Step 2: Choose Icon gift and Action on click

 **This is where you can choose gift icons, whichever is most suitable for your store. We offer 3 options and these are animated icons. ** **Action on click ** * Show list of discounts: Show as many discounts as you want to promote * Give random discount: Show only one random discount in a list

Step 3: Design your notification

In this tab, you will be able to customize colors and design of your notification.

Step 4: Customize content

• Select discount: Select all discounts you want to promote with this notification
• After selecting, you can write a description for each to inform your customers better of the deal


Step 5: Choose where the discount notification will show

• Choose the landing page you want the discount code to show
• Choose the position you want the discount code to appear: bottom left or bottom right


Step 6: Set up notification behavior

This is where you can adjust the display logic of the discount notification Timing * Delay time: the time the pop up shows after visiting a page * Auto close discount code: the time that the discount notification will automatically close


Step 7: Hit ""Save"" button to save all settings

3. How to test your Discount notification works

After successfully setting up your discount notification, you will see a giftbox animation on your storefront. Clicking on the box, to claim the discounts. It will look like the image below. Discount code will be automatically copied when clicking on it.
